What is Chevta?

Chevta is a smart business notebook for small business owners. It helps you record sales, expenses, debts, follow-ups and business notes by simply typing what happened, without filling long forms.

How does Smart Capture work?

You type a natural description of what happened — for example, "Sold Ada two perfumes for ₦15,000". Chevta prepares a structured draft of the record and shows it to you. You review it, make any changes, and save. Nothing is saved automatically.

Can I use Chevta without signing in?

Yes. Chevta works without an account. Your records are stored only on your device. If you sign in, you can use cloud backup and restore your records on another phone.

Is my data backed up?

Local data is stored on your device only. If you sign in with Google, email or phone, you can enable cloud backup. Backed-up records can be restored on another device using the same account.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account and all associated records inside the app at More → Privacy → Delete account and data. If you cannot access the app, visit our account deletion page to submit a request by email.
